Very honoured Guests! We are a small, friendly, family run Berlin bed & breakfast guest house. We have had the privilege of welcoming our guests from all around the world for over ten years. Typical berliner residents will welcome you to an open and warm atmosphere, giving you a bit of a ‘berliner feeling’.

In principle we send a noncommittal reservation offer with all informations about our house. All customer queries will be answered within one working day. |

Are rates listed per person or per room? |

All quoted rates are per person per night. |

What is check-in time ? |

03:00pm on the check in date.
Please, check in 08:00pm. |

What happens if I arrive "late" at our hotel ? |
|
If you can't arrive at our hotel before 08pm, that's no problem either. In this case, simply inform the hotel directly about your late arrival. You'll find the hotel's telephone number on the reservation confirmation. |

Are there parking lots
? |

If you arrive by car you will get a
parking vignette for 2 Euro p night for the nearby public
parking area. |

Are taxes and service charges included in rates? |
|
All Room and apartment rates for include taxes (VAT) and service charges by law. |

Do rates include breakfast or other meals? |
|
If breakfast is not included in the rate it will be charged only if consumed. Price for breakfast 5,50€ |

How may I cancel or amend my reservation? |

What costs will you have if you cancel your booking? |

Free cancellations for normal bookings are at any time possible until
7 days before booked journey.
If the reservation is not cancelled outside of the
7 day cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount
only of the first night's
